How to conquer work overload while being kind to yourself

Hi ladies! Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by work, reaching a point where you feel completely stuck and unsure how to navigate the situation? I can relate. It seems to happen to me about twice a year, where the stress gradually builds up until it becomes unbearable. During these moments, all my bad habits resurface out of nowhere: I feel depressed, neglect self-care, become easily distracted and irritated with my children, and experience sleepless nights. It's as if my entire being short-circuits, making it even harder to tackle the work-related challenges at hand. How to overcome Burn-out

Hey there, fabulous ladies! Guess what? I'm knee deep in a burn-out situation. Yup, it's like a rollercoaster ride, but without the fun. This is the situation: I've been drowning in a crazy workload, struggling to keep my head above water. I ended up getting fired, even though I thought I was putting in all the hard work. Without dwelling on my sorrows, I would like to share my incredibly game plan to bounce back! Yeah, I feel a bit down, but I refuse to let this situation bring me down.
