How to overcome Burn-out

Hey there, fabulous ladies!

Guess what? I'm knee deep in a burn-out situation. Yup, it's like a rollercoaster ride, but without the fun.

This is the situation: I've been drowning in a crazy workload, struggling to keep my head above water. I ended up getting fired, even though I thought I was putting in all the hard work.

Without dwelling on my sorrows, I would like to share my incredibly game plan to bounce back! Yeah, I feel a bit down, but I refuse to let this situation bring me down. It's time to take responsibility and turn things around, no finger-pointing allowed. Life throws challenges at us, and it's our job to adjust and give it a makeover. First things first, I need to feel better. So, I've come up with a plan of action to tackle this situation head-on, and I'm sharing it with you!

Here's the lowdown on what I'm dealing with right now:

No paycheck from April onward, in a foreign land, with three adorable kiddos and my nanny relying on me. As well as my dream farm that's currently on hold, waiting for my financial support. It's not just a risk for my family, but also for my farm-filled dreams.

Here is the twist: I've finally realized that the kind of work I've been doing for the past decade doesn't bring me joy. Seriously, every time I think I've found my dream job, something unexpected happens, and poof! I find myself unemployed pulling me back into financial instability. The universe has been trying to give me a nudge, but I have been completely blind to the sings. Well, not anymore. It's crystal clear now—I need to revamp my life and sow the seeds of my new garden for this next chapter.

Now, let's dive into my action plan that'll rescue me from this mess. It's a path that feels a bit uncomfortable and risky, but sticking to what I know won't bring the change either!

I've been rocking the masculine role for way too long, neglecting my feminine side and throwing my life out of balance. It got me this far, but it's time to give it a smaller role in my life moving forward. Finding balance is key, and though I'm not entirely sure how to do it, I'm taking these steps:

1. Investing time and money in long-overdue self-care.

2. Slowing down my work hours and embracing some much-needed     rest.

3. Saying "no thanks" to the usual job offers in my field.

4. Overcome the fear to venture into a new direction I've       been pondering for a year.

5. Practicing daily affirmations and shouting my personal       commitments to my family, friends, and anyone who'll         listen.

That's the plan! Each day, I'll tackle a small step to realize the actions on this list.

Join me on this journey, and hopefully, it'll provide a glimmer of hope to anyone out there facing their own tough times. Let's embrace our challenges and see them as opportunities to transform our lives for the better. Even though it may not feel like it, a challenge could be the ultimate blessing in disguise that will change your life for the better. So, let's embrace it and go all-in!

Lots of love and strength
