Hi ladies! Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by work, reaching a point where you feel completely stuck and unsure how to navigate the situation? I can relate. It seems to happen to me about twice a year, where the stress gradually builds up until it becomes unbearable. Hello Ladies, Many of us spend a lot of our time doing professional writing as part of our jobs, all work-related and company-focused. For me it’s satisfying in its own way, since I love writing, but it doesn't do much for my own well-being. Lately, I've stumbled upon something that's been a game-changer for me: writing for myself.  I started journaling a year ago, noting down all my worries, stress, and burdens.  It really helps to release some of that stress, although it’s not my second nature yet. Hello Ladies,  In any job, encountering disappointment at work is almost inevitable. But when it happens, it can be heartbreaking... Despite your best efforts, your boss is not satisfied with your work.  It happened to me recently. And it broke my heart...  I decided to share my story and try to reflect on the situation and come up with solutions.
