How to conquer work overload while being kind to yourself
Hi ladies! Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by work, reaching a point where you feel completely stuck and unsure how to navigate the situation? I can relate. It seems to happen to me about twice a year, where the stress gradually builds up until it becomes unbearable. During these moments, all my bad habits resurface out of nowhere: I feel depressed, neglect self-care, become easily distracted and irritated with my children, and experience sleepless nights.
